The system is designed for near-real-time speed, i.e. there are sometimes seconds or minutes between an event and the notification in the alea app (depending on the event or technical circumstances such as reception and internet quality).
-
However, if an event was displayed in the alea app much later than it actually took place, it is possible that the alea clip was in an area where neither the alea dock nor the alea router were within a 20 metre radius and the care recipient with the alea clip only returned to the area later (e.g. because he was outside where there is no alea network coverage).
-
In this case, the system sends the data with a corresponding delay as soon as the care recipient is recorded by the alea hardware again.
