  • Please set a new password in your alea-Cockpit account or contact support@assistme.io to ask AssistMe to give you a new password or new account details.

  • Normally, you will receive initial access with a user name and password at the start of use, for the first log-in to the alea cockpit via the web browser.

Where can I find a missing alea dock that appears in the alea cockpit under Hardware?

  • In most cases, all alea docks that you own and receive are displayed in the alea cockpit, where you can assign them to your care recipients.

  • If an alea dock that you physically own is missing in the alea cockpit, you can add an alea dock from its standard supplied replacement at the care location in the alea cockpit.
