alea router	Number determines AssistMe Note: The number is usually calculated as follows: 1 alea router per 50 m2 of relevant area in the primary care setting or care location. This component is installed in the communal areas or in rooms away from the care bed, for example.


alea app	Access via app and browser (number of accounts as required) Note: alea app accounts are created via the alea Cockpit by the person responsible for the care of the care recipient(s).

alea cockpit	Access via browser (number of accounts as required) Note: The initial alea Cockpit account is created and provided by AssistMe.

Instructions for use	Digital access to information for care managers and instructions in the alea app and alea cockpit; printed instruction documents are only provided by AssistMe at the alea deployment site if explicitly requested.

alea-compatible IKP or individual alea sensor strips	The alea-compatible ICP or smart alea sensor strips are ordered via AssistMe or its designated manufacturers and partners.

Notes:

When alea is first installed or set up in your care setting, it is delivered by the manufacturer or a partner authorised by the manufacturer. The installation can also be carried out by the customer on site.
Depending on the customer's requirements, either the manufacturer, its authorised partners or the customer itself can place, install and configure all components and train all alea users designated by the customer.
The following section describes the application steps for those responsible for installing and maintaining the system. For care users, this section is primarily intended for post-installations during ongoing operation in order to quickly carry out the frequent changes regarding new and old additions within the care recipients and alea users themselves (replacement and reallocation of alea hardware, etc.).
