Notes:

  • When alea is first installed or set up in your care setting, it is delivered by the manufacturer or a partner authorised by the manufacturer. The installation can also be carried out by the customer on site.

  • Depending on the customer's requirements, either the manufacturer, its authorised partners or the customer itself can place, install and configure all components and train all alea users designated by the customer.

  • The following section describes the application steps for those responsible for installing and maintaining the system. For care users, this section is primarily intended for post-installations during ongoing operation in order to quickly carry out the frequent changes regarding new and old additions within the care recipients and alea users themselves (replacement and reallocation of alea hardware, etc.).
