The alea clip is flashing red after I've attached it to the incontinence product – what should I do?

    • When attached correctly to the IKP, the alea clip will initially flash blue and then green.
    • If the clip flashes blue first and then red, it has not been attached correctly to the IKP.
    • It is important that the IKP’s sensor strip completely covers the four central contacts of the alea clip.
    • Take care not to bend or crush the IKP’s sensor strip.
    • If necessary, the clip pocket of the IKP can be pulled slightly towards the clip.
    • If the alea clip lights up red even when used with different IKPs and despite being attached correctly, replace the alea clip with a spare clip and report the fault to alea Support.
    • The faulty clip will be replaced immediately with a new one, which will be sent to you.
