How can I tell if the alea clip is attached correctly?
- Once you have attached the alea clip correctly to the pouch of the smart incontinence product, the clip’s LED will first glow blue and then green.
- If you experience a problem, please follow these steps:
- Briefly disconnect the alea-Dock from the power supply to force a reconnection and reset of the system.
- Check the status LEDs and indicators on each component
- Ensure that the apps are installed correctly and are being used as intended.
