What is my username in the alea app? 

  • If you use a personalized account (including access to the alea Cockpit), your username is usually your email address.

  • If you use an alea account on a shared device (e.g., ward smartphone, ward tablet), your username was assigned by AssistMe or the facility, nursing, or residential unit management. In this case, please contact the alea administrators at your care facility or alea Support.

  • If you have an alea-Cockpit account with access to multiple facilities within your organization, you will need separate access to the alea app for each facility. In this case, please contact the alea-Support.
