I don't know my password for the alea app. What should I do?
- If this is a personal account and your username is your email address, you can simply reset your password in the app
- You will then receive an email to reset your password
- If you are using an alea account on a shared device (e.g., a ward smartphone or tablet), your username was assigned by AssistMe or the management of your care facility or residential unit. In this case, please first contact the alea administrators at your care facility or, if necessary, alea Support.
