How many mobile devices are required to use alea?

  • We recommend at least one smartphone or tablet per living area, ideally one device (including a user account) per caregiver.

  • During the pilot phase, the AssistMe team will provide the necessary mobile devices (smartphones/tablets) free of charge.

  • The use of the devices in regular operation is subject to the facility’s internal guidelines and individual preferences. We ask that you coordinate this internally prior to the implementation of alea in regular operation.
