- The alea app lists only those care recipients who have been previously added to the alea Cockpit by facility/care service management or residential unit management.
- Generally, not all care recipients are suitable for monitoring via alea Monitoring and are therefore not listed in the system at all.
- The use of alea may have been paused for one or more care recipients.
- It is also possible that a filter has been applied to display only certain care recipients or living areas.
- Filters can be adjusted under the menu button / "Resident Selection"
