What should I do if I've lost a alea clip?

  • If the clip accidentally ends up in the bin, you will receive a notification in the alea app shortly afterwards.
  • If the bin icon appears in the alea app, in most cases the alea clip is actually in the bin or under or next to the bed.
  • If you cannot find the clip, please use a spare clip or simply request new clips from the alea Support.
  • Please inform alea Support about any lost clips so that we can assist you as best we can.
