Recommended toilet times can be exported as a PDF from the Analytics section of the alea Cockpit.
Step 1:
Select the residents you want and the relevant time period.
Step 2:
Scroll to the bottom and start the export under "Recommended Toilet Times".
Step 3:
A link will then be sent to the email address on file, allowing you to download the report as a PDF. Alternatively, you can download an Excel spreadsheet.
Note: This is for informational purposes only and must be evaluated in the context of long-term care measures.
The rows highlighted in yellow indicate that there is insufficient data for a precise analysis. This is the case, for example, when residents only use alea at night or started to use alea very recently.
