# How do I change the alea clip?

1. **Open** the clip cover on the incontinence pad and remove the used clip from the clip pocket.
2. Place the **used** clip in the dock to charge it.
3. Remove the **new, charged clip** from the dock.
4. Insert the new clip into the clip pocket of the pad and close the clip cover (press firmly until the clip cover clicks into place).
5. **Check the connection**: The LED light changes from flashing blue to **green** as soon as the clip is successfully connected to the sensor strip on the pad.
6. Put on the incontinence pad
