Plug the supplied cable into a fixed socket and ensure the connection is secure and stable. Multi-socket adapters may be used provided they comply with safety standards and are suitable for safe use.
- Position the alea dock so that it is easily accessible and visible to carers.
- Keep a distance of at least 30 cm from other electronic devices.
- Ensure that the charging cable is fully plugged into the alea dock and charger.
- Avoid loose cables to reduce the risk of tripping and prevent them from being pulled down accidentally.
- Position the dock at a height – not directly on the floor – to ensure optimal connection quality
The alea dock has mounting brackets on the back for wall mounting, e.g. using (adhesive) nails.
