The alea system comprises various components; in addition to digital applications such as the alea app and the alea cockpit, it is primarily the alea hardware components that, together with the digital applications, form a complete system:
Interaction between the components
The alea Clip, the alea Dock and the alea Router, as well as the alea Cockpit, the alea App and the associated alea Cloud – for which the alea manufacturer is responsible – are designed for use as a network and enable system management, data transfer and communication from data collection right through to the final user interface.
The functions (incontinence monitoring, position monitoring, fall detection, safe zone) are available in the alea app for care givers and in the alea-Cockpit for care home managers – in both home and assisted living environments.
