What do the colours of the alea-Clip LED mean?
The alea clip only lights up when attached to an IKP and when plugged into or unplugged from the alea app. The clip does not light up whilst in use or whilst charging.

Blue (flashing 3 times): The clip is searching for a connection. After a few seconds, the status will change to green or red. |

Red: Clip not connected. Solutions: a) Unplug the clip and plug it back in. |

No light: The clip is flat or not working. Solutions: a) Check the battery status in the app, plug the clip back into the dock and use it the next time you change the IKP. b) Clean the clip. c) If the clip still does not light up on the next attempt: contact the care manager or the alea support. |
