The alea-Dock seems to have a problem; how do I fix it?

If the alea clips' LED does not flash after charging on an alea-Dock, or if the alea dock does not receive data despite being close enough to the alea clip, please proceed as follows:

1. Check that the mains plug is fully inserted into the socket and that the USB cable is correctly connected to both the plug and the dock.

2. Briefly unplug the alea-Docks' power cable from the socket.

3. Wait a few minutes and then continue using the device as normal.

4. If the problem persists, replace the device with a spare unit and inform your care service or residential care management. Spare units can be requested from alea Support.
